This newly built hotel is our top recommendation, as it will be the second stop on our shuttle route and the designated venue for the conference reception on Wednesday night. It features larger-than-average guest rooms with modern accommodations and is within walking distance of a variety of dining options in Area 2.
We highly recommend this option for it’s proximity to lots of restaurants within a short walk.
Drury Plaza Hotel Dallas Richardson

A top-rated option in nearby Richardson, the Drury Plaza Hotel offers an upgraded experience with complimentary hot breakfast, evening snacks and beverages, and access to an outdoor pool and fitness center. The hotel is within (partly unpaved) walking distance of the Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) CityLine stop and the CityLine shopping and dining district. A great value option, this Holiday Inn Express offers free breakfast, an indoor pool, and comfortable accommodations. Unfortunately, it is not within walking distance of dining options. This is stop 3 on the morning shuttle route.
